• Ongoing maintenance and preventive maintenance of every property's structural and mechanical elements
• Building staff supervision, including hiring, training, and disciplinary action as appropriate
• Timely response to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing our client properties
• Productive, ethical relationships with industry vendors and contractors to ensure the highest quality products and services for our client properties, also we will at not charge review you actual contract and request new bids to ensure you are not over paying for these services
• Delivery of comprehensive Monthly Management Reports, including detailed Financial Reports of expenses, to Board members and Management Company 1 week before the Board of Director meeting so it can be included in the BOD packet - guaranteed
• Preparation for, and attendance at, all Board and Annual meetings, and other property-related meetings as necessary
• Courteous, responsive communication with Board members, committee members, shareholders, unit owners, and residents, most Site management companies have a poor record on their services to all residents, we take their concerns and suggestion seriously, we will issue violations as necessary.
