In the rough stage, we make regular visits to the site at each phase and handle everything from debris removal to cleaning for inspection, including washing interior and exterior window glass, scraping for carpet pad, removing labels and washing fixtures, thorough dusting, cleaning counter tops and sweeping and mopping floor tile.
